Gentle, compassionate, collaborative
Person Centred Therapy
My way of working is rooted in the person-centred philosophy. This is a way of working collaboratively that is centred around human to human connection and mutual trust.
Our sessions may look more like a conversation. It's about creating a space that is free of judgement, that is just yours, to explore what may be difficult to open up about elsewhere in your life. Whether you're sharing your proudest moments, or your deepest vulnerabilities; it's all welcome here.
I strive to listen deeply and to empathically connect to your experience. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore, where you can share what feels right for you at your own pace.
Film Therapy
I have recently (2026) completed training in Film Therapy; a mindfulness based, trauma-informed practice which invites looking at film and television in the therapeutic space. If this resonates with you, this can form part of our work together.
Working with Film Therapy may look like exploring characters, themes and storylines to work through feelings, facilitate personal growth, and understand the impact of storytelling in our lives.
